Low-Code and No-Code Development: a man using computer

What low-code development services include

Aranv offers low-code development services for businesses that need an internal app, approval flow or customer form soon: we build on platforms such as Power Apps, connect the app to your existing systems through APIs, set ownership and access rules, and say so when custom code is the better choice.

Low-code fits internal tools, forms, approvals and simple portals, where the logic is ordinary and you know the users. For unusual logic, heavy traffic or a product you sell, we point you to custom software development instead.

We reach your CRM, ERP and accounting package through API integration, and longer handoffs that involve documents or judgment calls move to AI workflow automation. On Microsoft, our Microsoft consulting services show how these apps sit beside Azure and Microsoft 365.

From a shared spreadsheet to an owned app

One process moved onto a platform

  1. 01 Test the platform fit Licenses, users, record counts and logic decide which platform suits.
  2. 02 Build one real process A small staff group uses the first version on their own devices.
  3. 03 Connect and restrict APIs reach your systems, and roles decide who sees which records.
  4. 04 Name an owner Each app gets a responsible person, notes and a route off the platform.

If an app outgrows its platform, we plan the move to custom code.

Apps your staff will recognize on day one

Someone built a spreadsheet to run a process, and now half the office depends on it. Or the request has sat in the IT queue since spring.

  • Purchase approval on a phone: businessman on phone in modern office setting

    Purchase approval on a phone

A manager sees the request, the quote and the budget left, then taps approve. Finance gets a dated record.

  • Tablet checklist on site: woman working in a factory

    Tablet checklist on site

Crews complete an inspection with photos on a tablet, and every result lands in one searchable list.

  • Customer request form: woman looking at the documents

    Customer request form

Customers send details and files through a simple web form, and staff can see where each request stands.

  • AI that reads the paperwork: woman using calculator at the office

    AI that reads the paperwork

An AI step pulls fields from an emailed invoice, and a person checks them before the record saves.

Power Apps development on your Microsoft plan: people shaking their hands in close deal business contract

Power Apps development on your Microsoft plan

You get an app built on what you may already pay for, since your Microsoft 365 plan may carry limited rights to these tools. We read your plan, build on SharePoint, Dataverse or SQL Server, and name any premium licenses you would need first.

What we do

  • License check against your plan
  • Canvas or model-driven apps
  • Flows in Power Automate
  • Custom connectors to your systems

The four risks we settle before launch

You get the awkward parts on paper first. Per-user licensing grows with headcount. Platforms have limits. Data and logic can be hard to move out. Apps pile up with nobody responsible. Each risk gets a plan.

What we do

  • License forecast as headcount grows
  • Limits tested against your record counts
  • Data export and exit plan
  • Rebuild trigger agreed in advance

How we work

  • Straight answers about platform limits
  • A named owner for every app
  • The exit route written down early

  • Step 1: Decide if low-code fits

    Decide if low-code fits

We review users, record counts and licenses, then recommend a platform or writing code.

  • Step 2: Build beside your staff

People who run the process try early versions and correct what we got wrong.

  • Step 3: Connect, lock down, write up

Why Aranv for low-code

We say when not to

If your idea needs unusual logic or will become a product you sell, you hear that from us early.

Developers behind the platform

Our team also writes code, so a custom connector or small service is available when the platform stops short.

Apps that survive a job change

Each app leaves with a named owner, short notes and access rules, so it outlasts whoever requested it.

A person checks the AI step

Where AI reads a document or drafts a reply, someone reviews the output before it touches a record.

Low-Code and No-Code Development FAQs

  • Low code vs custom development: how do we choose?

Pick low-code for internal tools, forms, approvals and simple portals with known users. Pick custom code for unusual logic, heavy traffic or software you plan to sell. Many businesses use both.

  • Is no code development enough for a small business?

Sometimes. No-code tools suit a form, a tracker or a small workflow that one team runs. They strain when several systems must stay in step or when permissions get detailed.

  • Will licensing get expensive as we add staff?

It can, because many platforms charge per user. Power Apps Premium, for example, gives premium capabilities to licensed users. We model your license count at your planned size, then compare that with building in code.

  • Can we get our data and app out if we leave the platform?

Data usually comes out. The app often does not. Bubble’s manual says apps run only on Bubble and cannot be exported as code, while user data can leave as CSV files. Ownership is written into your contract before work starts.

  • What do you do about low-code apps nobody owns?

We list them, then decide each one: keep, fix, merge or retire. On Power Platform, the admin center’s Inventory view shows apps, flows and agents across your tenant.
